At Daifuku Oceania we have an incredible team keeping our customers moving. When you join Daifuku Oceania, you become a part of our friendly, supportive team at Auckland Airport as a Baggage System Operator, on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role, you will responsible to monitor the smooth flow of baggage through our systems. With a strong safety focus, we will train you on our Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) and processes.

**Your Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Perform general baggage management and preventative work including, but not limited to, bag staging, sorting, carrying and placing.
- Assist in preventing baggage jams in the conveyor system.
- Inspect all areas around and related to conveyor systems for any safety issues.
- Complete actions which ensure the efficient operation and throughput of bags within the system, e.g., manual encoding duties.
- Support and assist Technicians and Trade Assistant/Apprentice where required.

**What we are looking for**:

- You are safety-focused, team-oriented, and follow the direction of other team members.
- Hold a full clean driving license
- Have experience working in a team
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Punctual
- Perform wellunder pressure
- Able to complete a Pre-Employment Medical
