In this dual function role, you will be responsible for greeting all internal and external customers that come into Fulton Hogan Napier office. You will oversee the efficient running of the reception area, ensuring all queries are answered efficiently and in a timely manner. As EA to the Regional Manager, you will provide support and assistance with their day-to-day activities. For this position we are open to fulltime or part time hours.

In addition to the above you will:
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner and redirecting calls or taking messages for the correct person- Receiving and distributing mail and courier packages, ensuring the couriers collection timetable is met- Arrange and co-coordinate bookings for meetings with a wide range of people and organisations as directed, this will include organising IT, catering and ensuring all necessary equipment is available- Provide EA support to the Regional Manager including diary management, booking meetings, drafting written communications, coordinating and booking travel arrangements and assisting with organising and the coordination of events

We're looking for someone with:
- 3 - 5 years Receptionist / Executive Assistant experience- Experience and competence in computer systems, including Microsoft Office suite, have intermediate level skills Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio- Experienced in diary management and excellent planning and organising skills- A collaborative working style and ability to work as a member of a team- Strong self-management with a structured and meticulous approach to work- Ability to perform well under pressure and prioritise workloads- IT minded ensuring you keep up to date with new technologies, systems and facilities as required for the Regional Manager to operate effectively
