Blenheim Toyota Panel & Paint - General Hand

Blenheim Toyota Panel and Paint is seeking a keen enthusiastic person for our busy General Hand position. This is a permanent, full-time, 40 hour per week role and would be well suited for someone with a genuine interest in the panel and paint industry. The current person holding the role has been promoted to begin an apprenticeship in the Panel Repair trade and prior position holders have also moved forward within the business in various trade apprenticeship programs.

Joining a wider team of over 40 staff, the successful applicant will enjoy a great company culture, a busy and varied role giving an excellent insight to this industry. To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

- A reliable and enthusiastic work ethic- A current NZ driver’s license- Validity to work in NZ- A positive attitude adding to our team cultureThe role includes a wide variety of tasks including;
- Checking, storing and inspecting parts on arrival- Cleaning customers vehicles to a high standard upon delivery- Ongoing cleaning and maintenance of our fleet of loan vehicles- General shop maintenance- Delivering and collecting vehicles for outwork purposesBlenheim Toyota is part of the family owned and operated McDermid Auto Collective.
