As a Senior Specialist, you'll
- Strategically plan, prioritise and implement effective communication and engagement for local projects.
- Advise and collaborate with local project teams and community stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our partners including Waka Kōtahi, NZ Police and Mana whenua

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- Bring a passion for people and community-driven work
- Possess skills in communications, community engagement, or marketing, with social media expertise as a bonus.
- Be flexible, agile, and collaborative in working with AT teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Te reo me ōna tikanga, Pacific People, and ethnic communities is a plus.
- Familiarity with the public sector and local government landscape is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to navigate diverse communities and excel in a dynamic team.
