Heaven OrchardsLimitedis looking for 4farm technicians to assist with ongoing maintenance on their worksites.

This role will include:
Inform managers of crop progress.

Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities.

Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to fertilize the soil, or to plant, cultivate used to spray and manage crops

Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures.

Operate irrigation equipment when necessary

Clear and maintain irrigation ditches
- Have the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to perform well in a busy environment.
- Physically fit to perform well
- Good eye for detail and ensuring instructions are followed correctly
- NZ Drivers license or overseas equivalent required to operate tractors & other machinery

Worksites are based in and around the Bay of Plenty region and as the role will require some travel, the successful applicant will need to have their own transport or drivers license. Hours of work vary, but a minimum of 30hours per week is required, between operation hours of Monday Friday 8:00 6:00pm.

Pay rate: $29.66 per hour.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
