**Job Description**:
Biking is one of the most popular outdoor activities in New Zealand, which is why we're looking for a Bike Mechanic to join our team. As a mechanic, you'll have a hands-on role in building and maintaining bikes to meet customer demands. You'll also play an important role in ensuring we have enough stock on hand and supporting your colleagues wherever needed. Health and safety are paramount in everything we do, so you'll need to have a strong understanding of safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally, you'll have proven experience in a bike workshop and/or a qualification in the bike industry.

Knowledge of our outdoor products and brands, a passion for the outdoors, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail are all highly desirable traits.

If you don't have experience in the bike industry, don't worry - we offer a fully structured Bike Mechanic Training Program led by a dedicated Services Specialist.
