**The R**ole**

We are seeking an experienced, confident, professional and business-savvy telemarketer/appointment setter to join a fun loving, hardworking team. You will be doing a lot of calls and locking in meetings with prospective clients. You will have the opportunity to work a minimum of 8 hours per week up to 10 hours per week at the office in the Howick/Pakuranga area. This can be done over 2-3 days.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build a rapport and converse with contacts at all levels.
- No call phobia, you realise that a no, is just not a yes, ‘yet.’
- The ability to understand what this business does, and transform that into a personalised yet capturing sales pitch.
- A minimum of two years, New Zealand telemarketing experience
- Strong and accurate keyboard skills with impeccable written and oral communication skills
- Commercially minded with a good sense of business concepts and processes
- Ability to show initiative with a commonsense approach.
- Hustle, you know that a hot lead, must be converted and communicated with pace.
- Positive, energetic and professional personality

**Hourly rate + commission**

You will be paid an exceptional hourly rate plus a commission based on sales converted or appointments set. This will be discussed with the successful applicant at interview stage.
