We are looking for a talented aspiring Product Manager to own our scanner platform - the key ingredient at the core of our services. Join us in our mission to create innovative, powerful, and resilient digital tools that enable our business to deliver unbeatable services to our customers.

**The Role**
- Maintaining deep knowledge and understanding of our business, the teams involved in delivering our services (couriers, operations, finance, customer services) and our customers (personas, needs, satisfaction, etc).
- Own the scanner platform utilised by the couriers and throughout the business to manage the journey of items through our network. Ownership of the platform includes the hardware (supply and provisioning), device management (updates, security, communications) and software (developing workflows, testing and deployment)
- Being the company acknowledged expert on how the product works, how users are using it and what desired features would enhance it.
- Developing and maintaining a roadmap for your product line that prioritises and provides the key outcomes of your customers, with measurable impacts.
- Managing key vendor relationships (e.g. scanner software, geospatial mapping solutions) to ensure smooth supply of services and new features to the business
- Ensuring the supply of hardware is managed and processes are in place to manage supply and tracking of assets
- Coordinate procurement processes as required for the provision of the service to the business including evaluating hardware, device management and software.

**What you should bring**
- Experience mapping customer journeys, business processes, understanding the “why” and desired outcome and validating with data.
- Experience managing relationships with vendors an advantage.
- Excellent listening and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication - visual, written and verbal.
- Passion for great products and experiences.
- Self-starter, well organised and self managing - able to prioritise and execute confidently.
