The Role The role of ERP Implementation Specialist is to effectively plan and deliver ERP projects to support the clients of Logiq Group with the implementation of new software systems. This will involve Business Development, Software Consultancy, System Implementations, and assisting in the provision of system support for Logiq Group clients.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Manage ERP implementation projects for Small to Medium-sized businesses
- Facilitate data collection, cleansing, and setup in the new ERP system
- Be the primary point of contact, assessing requirements, providing training and support
- Craft and manage detailed project plans and budgets
- Oversee ongoing system development and process automation
- Maximize businesses' utilization of ERP software

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Prior experience in ERP implementation, especially with Tier 2 systems (NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Odoo)
- Familiarity with Harmoniq or Intact IQ ERP systems is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Experience collaborating with businesses in NZ/Australia, understanding general business processes
- Technically inclined with a quick ability to learn new software and tools
