We are seeking a qualified and experienced Utility Arborist to provide Arborist/Vegetation services to to provide Arborist/Vegetation services for Transmission Lines to ensure the lines and network are reliable. This work is both part of a programme and fault and emergency situations as required.

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**
- Relevant qualification (Arborist Level 4 or 5, Arboriculture or assessed equivalent)
- Experienced in vegetation and arborist work (3-5 years +)
- A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements, including overhead distribution systems and of the Electricity (Hazards from Trees) Regulations.
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence
- EWP Operation and Climbing experience
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Physical stamina to carry out arduous manual work, often in trying conditions
- Understanding of Land Owner Liaison
