An opportunity has arisen through retirement to become a Finance Business Partner assisting one of our operational units. You will sit alongside the senior management of the operational unit providing financial acumen and guidance assisting them to achieve excellence in the area of operations. An exciting role with plenty of scope for career advancement.

You will be partnering with the business to provide trusted and comprehensive financial advice and support the leadership team to help drive process improvement and uplift capability. Working alongside the Manager of Business Partnering and Senior Business Partners, you will be delivering effective financial advice, information and analysis to the leadership teams.

About you
- Proven ability in driving a programme of change,
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation and quickly gain the confidence of senior leaders.
- Strong analytical, strategic and planning skills as well as being commercially savvy
- Strong strategic financial management experience within a large, complex and diverse organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to articulate complex messages clearly, simply and concisely
