Our telehealth opportunities for doctors are a growing part of our community services, making an important contribution to our Covid response and Healthline throughout Aotearoa.

**Pehea koe - About you**

Being a practising Doctor, you will be keen to contribute your expertise to our growing response to Covid-19 in communities throughout New Zealand that need support. You will be keen to diversify your skills and gain experience within an established organisation, where every call you take can make a huge difference in someone's life

**Atu mo te mahi - About the role**

You will be part of our clinical team operationally, working alongside a vast range of registered medical professionals. These opportunities will give you the choice of either full time work across a variety of service lines or the option to select two or more six hour shifts weekly for a dedicated line.

Shifts range between 8am and 8pm regularly with options of some shifts until 10pm on week nights.

There is flexibility to be employed with us in a variety of ways, including fixed-term or as an independent contractor to dovetail with your other commitments. The choice is yours In return for your expertise, which will be remunerated on a generous hourly rate basis and will also receive excellent systems and telehealth services training when you join our growing team.

Whakarongorau Aotearoa has the privilege of running free to the public, virtual health, mental health, and social services for the people of Aotearoa.

Our 12 clinical teams and support services are based across contact centres in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and from their homes across Aotearoa.

We want to give everyone in Aotearoa the opportunity for wellness. We focus on the connected world of digital care, where we can help join all the dots, and select the right services, advice, support and help for the right need.

Through our 30+ services we connected with over 950,000 people last year (to 30 June 2021).

We use our healthy imagination to solve big problems by understanding the tiny ways that people are blocked from getting the care they deserve. Our imagination comes from our people and our partners and their drive to never give up.
