Executive Assistant, Washington DC
- Based in Washington this is a varied, fast paced and engaging role.

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Mission, this role is responsible for ensuring that the Ambassador and Deputy Head of Mission (DHOM) can perform their duties with maximum impact, ease and efficiency. This highly varied role will require you to:

- Manage the Ambassador’s office including arranging meetings with key stakeholders and managing internal and external correspondence such as letters, invitations and briefings.
- Work with the Residence Team to arrange events held at the Official Residence.
- Provide administration support to the Ambassador and Deputy Head of Mission.
- Manage the two Embassy drivers.

The salary range for this role is US$50,494 to $68,316 - negotiable depending on experience.
The Post provides a comprehensive health insurance package and 20 days of paid vacation per year.

**We’d like to hear from you if you have the following skills**:

- Significant previous experience in an Executive Assistant support role to a Senior Executive.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, including ability to prioritise.
- Confidence to make judgements and solve problems independently, with highly developed inter-personal skills.
- Flexible, resilient under pressure, with the ability to deliver quickly and to a high standard.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- An excellent multi-tasker.
- A collaborative team player.
