**Job Description**:
Based in our retail network, this role plays an integral part of our Facilities and Maintenance Team ensuring all our 250+ stores are compliant, well maintained and the stores are always customer ready.
This role supports maintaining assets in an evolving world. There will be some aspects of the role that requires you to be practical and hands on to benefit the business needs but primarily the role will focus on our customers, their experience and how we can bring about better value through efficient workflow. Our future focus is on supplier management, compliance, H&S, best value, planned preventative maintenance and better outcomes for our stores and customers. This is a role for you to grow and develop in the Facility Management industry which is why we offer a membership to FMANZ.
Quick snapshot of the role:
- Co-ordinating the end to end delivery of facility maintenance to TWG stores across all brands.
- Ensuring all stores are compliant
- Conducting regular on-site audits and inspections driving in-store excellence
- Managing service requests for your region, prioritising work, liaising with site managers and ensuring they are assigned to contractors
- Ensuring all general repair work and maintenance is carried out to our specifications for all premises
- Ensuring compliance and best practise with health and safety policies and standards
- Completing administrative requirements such as managing work request, raising quotations, orders and cost coding
- Managing contractor performance
**Qualifications**:
This is a dynamic role with the National facilities team at The Warehouse Group. If you are looking to develop your career in Facilities management this role is for you. Bring your background in property and/or facilities management to our squad and help us to build amazing results.
