Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, your main focuses will be on the effective operation of the Golf Shop and the provision of related golfing services. This role is a key customer facing position and your key responsibilities will be to:

- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests visiting the golf shop.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Assist with competitions and daily management of golf operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized golf shop, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
- Provide information about club events, promotions, and membership opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate tee times for members and guests.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and Dot Golf is a plus.
- Passion for golf and a genuine interest in providing an excellent customer experience.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer literacy and general retail strategy.

This is a part time position that will involve shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, 10-20 hours per week including weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
