Bin Auditor

We have a waste collection company seeking individuals to join their team to carry out bin audits throughout Selwyn District.

**This is a part time role, that will go for approximately 8 weeks.**

In this role you will be responsible for checking the contents of the public's red, yellow & green bins throughout Christchurch City, to ensure the appropriate waste has been placed into the designated bin. You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions, being active, and have a changing working environment day-to-day. You will need to be comfortable interacting with members of the public & providing education surrounding waste.

A portion of this role will also involve working autonomously, driving a class 1 vehicle.

**Job Specifics**:

- Bin auditing
- Issuing notices
- Bin removals - with trailer
- Drive company vehicles (class 1, auto)
- Walking up to 10kms per day
- 6:15am-12:30pm (finish time can vary)
- **Wednesdays & Fridays only**

**Job Requirements**:

- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Full class 1 licence MINIMUM
- Own reliable transport
- Proven work experience confirmed by two references
