Our practice is a lovely small family focused practice. We put our heart into everything we do and take care of each other. We are looking for a receptionist. Previous Medical Reception experience is an advantage, as is proficiency in MedTech 32 or evolution. You will be an excellent communicator, a team player and enjoy liaising with our families face-to-face and over the phone. Hours are 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.

**In the role you will be responsible for the following...**
- Meet and greet patients
- Patient bookings
- Liaison with clinicians
- Data entry
- General administration
- Use of MedTech 32 or evolution software
- ACC documentation

**We are looking for the following skills and experience**:

- Medical reception or medical administration experience
- Med Tech32 or evolution experience
- Excellent communication skills with confidence and patience to deal with our families.
- High attention to detail and has the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- A team player with ability to work in a close-knit team.
- Warm, professional manner in person and on the telephone
- Loyal and committed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
