We are looking for a Butcher or an aspiring Butcher to join our excellent Butchery team. Our work environment is busy and dynamic and will require fast and efficient workers with excellent customer service.

**As a Butcher/Apprentice/Knife Hand your main duties will include**:

- Competent to correctly and efficiently break down and boning carcasses
- Cut and process orders to exact customer’s specifications
- Operate and maintain butchery machinery (mincer, bandsaw, etc.)
- Ensure quality control, presentation and hygiene standards are met and maintained
- Assisting with stocking units
- Replenishing stock
- Assisting and serving customers
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Presenting your area to the highest possible standard whilst maintaining a high level of Health & Safety and Food Safety
