This role involves a combination of hands-on training and support for the team's nurses across New Zealand.

**Your Key Role Responsibilities will include**:

- Identifying training needs and providing ongoing professional development opportunities
- Enhancing comprehensive training programs and materials
- Developing additional training packages as the services expand
- Delivering engaging and interactive training to nursing staff
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health standards
- Monitoring and assessing compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Developing action plans to address areas of non-compliance
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and update policies and procedures
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to protocols
- Identifying areas for improvement in occupational health nursing practices
- Driving innovation and creating an innovation roadmap
- Piloting and rolling out new services across the network

**Experience, Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing and current registration with the Nursing Council of NZ (ESSENTIAL)
- Post-graduate qualification in occupational health or primary health care (DESIRABLE)
- Proven experience in occupational health nursing or related field (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Authorised independent vaccinator with spirometry competency certification
- Experience managing clinical teams to deliver exceptional quality services
- Proficient computer skills
