**Work Location**: Canterbury Region

**Employment type**: Full-time (minimum 30 hours/per week, Monday to Sunday), Permanent role

**Our pay**: $29.66 - $32.00 per hour depending on skills and experience

We are a property management company based in Christchurch.

We are now looking for a handyperson to join our supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right people and will allow access into a reputable and experienced company.

**Tasks you may carry out**:

- Repair and maintain the property including mowing the lawns, and miscellaneous property work.
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- Perform basic repairs in and around the house
- Complete general maintenance work
- Ability to provide consistent customer service and quality.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to use basic tools, measurements, and calculations.
- Undertake carpet cleaning and other cleaning as needed
- Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
- Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
- Repair equipment or appliances.
