Havelock North New World has an opening for a Checkout Supervisor who will help provide this exceptional experience for our customers and with our brand-new store coming soon, this is an opportunity not to be missed

This is a full-time position which will include a weekend day and a level of flexibility to work shifts during our opening ours of 7am - 10pm.

**Hours are**:
Monday: 12:30pm-9pm

Tuesday: 9am-6pm

Wednesday: 11:30am-8pm

Thursday: 11:30am-8pm

Friday: OFF

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: 12:30pm-9pm

**The role**:

- Ensuring excellent Customer Service is always delivered.
- Supervising the team and communicating information across all shifts.
- Performing customer focused checkout duties; such as packing bags, till operation, self-service.
- Authorizing the sale of age restricted items.
- Assisting Managers and supporting the team.
