Powder Coater

**The Role**

We are a medium sized East Tamaki based manufacturer and we require an enthusiastic reliable Powder Coater who is willing to take responsibility in this critical area of our operation.

**Responsibilities**
- Powder Coating of aluminium/steel components
- Pre-treatment and dipping items before they are Powder Coated
- Off-loading product into racks ready for dispatching

**Skills & Experience**
- Be flexible in your approach
- Need to have great communication skills and 'can do' attitude
- Have good time management and sound planning skills to manage your workload/ deadlines
- Need to be able to work as part of a team and independently
- Previous painting/powder coating experience

**The Company**

A well-established manufacturing company who is based throughout NZ and Australia with an excellent reputation in the HVAC industry.

This is a permanent full time role typically working Monday to Friday and would suit someone who has worked in a factory and or paint/powder coat environment, overtime also usually available.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East Tamaki, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Powder Coating / Painting: 1 year (preferred)
