In this role you will have the opportunity to continuously learn and be trained in all aspects of appliance repair and servicing.

Your key responsibilities will include;
- Training across our complete range of products, theory-based learning and direct hands-on experience in all aspects of our service business
- Support the workshop while gaining the skills to perform basic repairs while learning the essentials of appliance servicing
- Complete all paperwork, forms, and other documents as they relate to service work
- Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessions
- Take all practicable steps to ensure your own health & safety at work

Experience required:

- Customer service experience
- Good time management
- Commitment to learning
- Effective communication skills
- Sound problem solving skills
