Cca Treatment Supervisor

We require a person with the confidence to work in a changing and fast paced environment to join our busy CCA Treatment Team as a permanent employee at Red Stag Timber. We are a positive and progressive business, and have a great team of approximately 420 staff and contractors that contribute to our success.

This role will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm.

- Proven record of leading a team
- Previous work experience in an industrial workplace
- Organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Computer literacy of office programs and the ability to learn new systems
- Knowledge of timber treatment is preferred

Key objectives of this role include:

- Daily monitoring and management of Quality Control procedures for plant operation
- Assisting with scheduling of work for treatment staff, wrapping team and maintenance
- Ensuring production follows the scheduled programme of work
- Assisting with the flow of stock in and out of the treatment plant
- Ensuring required stock levels for treatment processes are maintained
- Monthly reconciliation of chemical usage
- Ensuring production equipment, including forklifts, are maintained in good order
- Assisting with staff training
- Undertaking training as required

Excellent communication, leadership, and initiative are essential to be successful in this role.
