**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We have multiple full-time opportunities for claims consultants to join our Claims teams across New Zealand. You’ll be a great first point of contact for customers calling to enquire about their claims and you’ll utilise your customer service and relationship building skills to ensure customer satisfaction is a priority. You’ll thrive in a high energy, customer focused environment and enjoy working in a team. 

You’ll help our customers recover by delivering on the customer promise at claim time, this includes responding to high volumes of calls from our customers and suppliers. You’ll also manage a portfolio of claims in a professional and proactive manner, liaise with customers, and internal and external parties to coordinate claim resolutions.

This role works across 7 days and availability is required to work on a rotating roster between 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm at weekends or public holidays. Every **2 weeks** you will work **one Saturday or Sunday shift** and receive an RDO (rostered day off) between Monday to Friday. 

The **start date is 16 April 2024,** commencing with 6 weeks of training from home. **After training** you will be expected to **attend your local office at least once a week with the team**. Office locations are: Auckland, Wellington, Palmerston North, Hamilton, Canterbury, Dunedin and Tauranga.

- To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.
