Accounts Payable Administrator

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator for a temporary assignment for approximately 6 months. Working with a well-established company that have been operating since the early 1980s, offering electrical, instrumentation and automation installation. You will need to be available to start immediately and be committed to work the hours of Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm.

The role will include but will not be limited to:

- Processing invoices into a data extractor system
- Coding of invoices
- Distributing invoices to the relevant approvers
- Using Microsoft Business Central software

To be considered for this role you must be able to meet the flowing criteria:

- Have an attention to detail, accurate & also efficient
- Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Have a proven work history in accounts payable or similar

**Requirements to work for OneStaff**:

- ID required; Passport **OR **NZ Birth Certificate & Driver’s License
- Pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol test
- Must have reliable transport
- CV, Relevant Certificates or License (i.e. forklift or site safe passport)
