An exciting opportunity has become available to work as a Theatre Clinical Nurse Co-ordinator at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand Lakes. This key position will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Nurse Manager in the day to day co-ordination and delivery of a safe, high quality, efficient and effective peri-operative service.

- Primary responsibility is to coordinate and facilitate the smooth running of the perioperative area
- To oversee theatre usage and efficiency
- To create and maintain a cohesive working environment through leadership and teamwork
- Permanent position
- FTE 1.0 Full
- time
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday dayshift
- Mō koe / About you
- You should be:
- Conscientious and highly motivated
- Confident and clear communicator to effectively coordinate services between the MDT
- Ability to continuously improve services to enhance quality delivery of services
- Must have current NZ annual practising certificate
**You would need**:
- Essential to have at least 3 years’ experience in an Operating Theatre with proven leadership skills such as delegation, providing direction, ability to manage complex situations
- Current NZ APC
- Positive Attitude
**Awhe utu / Salary range**
- $114,025.00 pro-rated to hours worked.
