A Full-time Cook is immediately needed

Salary will depend on the skills and experience: Starts from $25-$28

About the role:

- Have a minimum of 2 year experience as Cook or Graduate/Diploma Holder of Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary Studies.
- Preferably has a knowledge in South American/Mexican/Asian Cuisine style of cooking but not required.
- Be available to work any day as this is a 7 day a week operation with early starts; broken Shifts.
- You also need to have good working professional attitude at work.
- Able to lift 30-40kg stocks for the restaurant.
- Stocktake Inventory
- Filling up daily checklist (Probing, Temperature Check, Cooling of meats)
- Co-ordinate and communicate with the Chefs/kitchen personnel and front of house staff to ensure that the smooth running of the kitchen contributes to an overall exceptional experience for our guests;
- Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism while working under pressure;
- preferably has a knowledge in baking pastries but not required.

Both roles:
**Be flexible in your working hours as you will be required**
- Hold an appropriate New Zealand working visa or residency/citizenship

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
