Are you a nursing leader, committed to excellence in clinical practice? The North Shore Post Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU) is looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse to undertake the role of Nurse Floor Co-ordinator. This** senior nursing position** will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership through effective shift co-ordination, allocation and utilisation of resources as well as communication with staff, patients and health care professionals.
We want someone with **proven clinical leadership skills** and a desire to establish and grow this role.
If you are a New Zealand registered nurse with APC, have a minimum of 5 years **experience in PACU/Critical Care**, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and believe you have the enthusiasm and skills required we would like to hear from you.
