An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Registered Nurse; with expert knowledge and skills in clinical Haematology to join our team as a Bone Marrow Transplant Clinical Nurse Specialist/ Coordinator.

Based in the Haematology Service, the Bone Marrow Transplant Clinical Nurse Specialist will work across the care continuum, to ensure all patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation and their families receive, coordinated, seamless care at all stages of the transplant process. As a Bone Marrow Transplant Clinical Nurse Specialist, your previous Haematology and /or exposure and experience in dealing with patients with cancer, with a wealth of specialist haematological knowledge will see you excelling in this role.

**Ko wai koe | About You**

You will be committed to quality improvement, passionate about Haematology services and will work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure, high quality, patient centred care is delivered to our patients to improve their health outcomes.
- You will be an experienced practitioner with expert at least five years knowledge and skills in Haematology Stem Cell Transplant
- Proven leadership with a solution focused approach, the ability to implement a nursing care model that educates, supports, and encourage others within team in achieve common service goals.
- You will act as a specialist resource for patients, medical practitioners, and other nurses.
- You - ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently.
- Currently hold or be working towards a relevant Post Graduate qualification.
- Being enthusiastic, motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage a wide variety of people.
