**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced store person to act as 2ic for a local food distribution company. You will be the shift supervisor on some days so leadership qualities and prior experience in the warehousing environment are essential. Duties will include:

- Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift
- Overseeing and assisting with the flow of product
- Manifesting paperwork for trucks and drivers
- Being a key point of contact for any issues
- 90% of the work is in a cold store environment so must be comfortable with the environment

**Days and Hours**

This is an ongoing full-time position.

Sunday night start and finishing Friday morning

11pm to 7.30am.

**Skills and Attributes**
- A forklift license + experience in loading/unloading trucks is essential.
- Experience in cold stores and transport
- Leadership qualities and experience
- Class 2,4, and/or 5 licenses are handy (this is for moving trucks around the yard)
