Contract Support Administrator

The Integrated Networks Maintenance and Renewals works team is seeking a Contract Support Administrator to support this amazing vision to support our North Team.
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Raising and maintaining purchase orders in SAP as well as managing the paperwork behind the procurement of professional services for the group.
- Provide a wide range of quality administration services. This includes arranging meetings, taking minutes, producing various documents to high standards within agreed timeframes and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Providing a first point of contact for AT's corporate accommodation team in relations to issues around fleet allocation and management as well as any building issues.
- Maintain the groups technology, health and safety Equipment and stationary requirements
- Confidentially manage sensitive and important issues ensuring that they are escalated to the relevant people as necessary
- Be able to step in and support other teams when required.
**Key Skills**
- Tertiary qualification in business administration is desirable but not essential.
- 2 years plus experience providing administration support for a medium to large sized company or corporation
- Experience in the use of Mircosoft Office packages such as excel, word and Powerpoint.
- Experience utilising Microsoft Teams.
- Experience in a local government environment is desirable but not essential
- Experience working with and across teams to deliver positive outcomes
