CALLING ALL TMO - PRACTICING AND STMS

Are you an experienced TMO (Traffic Management Operator) professional or someone with a keen interest in traffic management? We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as TMO Operators.

**About the Role**:
As a TMO Operator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing traffic flow within our operational area. You will be responsible for monitoring traffic patterns, responding to incidents, and coordinating with various agencies to ensure smooth and efficient traffic management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyse real-time traffic data using specialized software and systems.
- Implement traffic management strategies and adjust signal timings to optimize traffic flow.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on traffic conditions and incidents.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective traffic management and problem resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in traffic management beneficial.
- Current TMO - practicing is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Must have common sense.
- Ability to stand for long periods and be out in all weather conditions.
- Familiarity with traffic management systems and software is advantageous.
