Presently, a thrilling opportunity is available for a skilled Legal Assistant. This role involves becoming a part of the Corporate team located in Wellington. The primary responsibilities include aiding two Partners and their team while contributing to upholding top-notch legal assistance standards.
Your role will entail close collaboration with two Partners and a group of leading lawyers who are renowned in the market. Your involvement will extend to handling matters for well-known clients, ensuring remarkable performance to empower the team in offering exceptional client service. We seek a Legal Assistant capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your proactive nature and ability to cooperate within a team, combined with a strong drive for administrative support, will be essential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engaging with clients and relevant parties
- Overseeing document organization
- Supervising schedules
- Handling financial matters, time tracking, and generating reports
- Coordinating travel arrangements (including flights and lodging)
- Contributing to event coordination and initiatives for business growth
