We are looking for a Senior Clinician Social Worker to join our team based in Botany, Eastern Locality. This senior designated SW position will utilise your well-developed clinical expertise to work with a diverse range of clinical presentations in the community setting - both acute care and planned care. Your skill base will be broad and holistic with problem solving as a key strength.
You'll be solving real life challenges on a daily basis, changing for the better the lives of many in our community. Ideally you will be well versed with what the community has to offer our clients. You will have the support of the interdisciplinary team including Advanced Clinician for Social Work and access to ongoing professional development opportunities across the Counties Manukau District.
Due to expansion within our community services to better address acute-care-in-the-community, you will have the opportunity to work with other Senior Clinicians to lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions. You will support and promote high standards of clinical practice and service development by providing clinical leadership within the team and assist in the development of the clinical capability of others.

**Essential**:
- NZ Social Worker registration through SWRB, as well as a current practising certificate
- Minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience
- Well-developed communication and team work skills
- Culturally safe practice and commitment to reducing inequity
- Ability to work autonomously
- Full, clean NZ drivers licence
