We are looking for an Experienced Centre Manager. The following skills, knowledge, and capabilities are ideally required for this role:

- An inspirational leader with an innate ability to further develop & lead a team to deliver best-practice
childcare services.
- BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Superb communication skills
- Previous leadership experience is a must.
- Initiative, desire, and passion for quality practice standards & commitment to the principles of Te Whariki
- Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics
- A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels
- Innovative, resilient, committed, passionate and enthusiastic

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
