Massage Therapists

**We, Chinese Traditional Massage Limited, are looking to recruit a professional, courteous massage therapists to provide our guests with a wide range of massage services. The massage therapist will consult with guests to screen them for underlying conditions, and to assist with selecting appropriate services.**

**Days required: 5 days per week**
**Hours per week: minimum of 30 hours a week is guaranteed, maximum of 40 hours a week**

**Hourly rate: $**29.66 **-** **31.61**

**Job description**:

- **Evaluate clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion**:

- **Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used**:

- **Consult with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain to determine whether massage would be helpful**:

- **Performing Chinese Pilates Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Meridian**:

- ** Scraping, or Chinese Herbal Spa Treatment to assist clients’ recovery**:

- **Massage and knead the muscles and soft tissues of the human body to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance**:

- **Discuss with other health care professionals such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, physicians, and psychologists to develop treatment plans for clients**:

- **Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records of clients**:

- **Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized therapy centre facility.**
**Sterilizing equipment.**:

- **Accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms.**:

- **Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services.**:

- **Maintaining records and filing documentation.**:

- **Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.**

**Job pre-requisites**:

- **No qualification/relevant work experience is required, since training will be provided**:

- **Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.**:

- **Excellent people skills.**:

- **Well-groomed, professional appearance.**:

- **Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods.
