The commercial side of our business that leases vans and trucks is looking for a Branch Supervisor to join our team on a fixed term basis until the end of April 2024 (maternity cover) and assist the Branch and Duty Managers with supervision of all operational functions.

**About the Role**

You will ensure our customers have a positive experience by providing a superior level of customer service processing rental transactions, and ensuring we have vehicles groomed and ready for service at our counters.

Further to the above you will coordinate the daily activities of the team and where needed, train, coach and direct the team in their duties. Noncompliance with established policies and procedures must be reported to management. You will also assist Duty Managers with preparing shift schedules and reports.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Previous supervisory and/or leadership experience with proven experience in coaching and developing team members, delivering feedback, and managing performance of team members (highly advantageous but not essential).
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement, problem solve and show initiative.
- Experience in complaints handling, conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Possesses competent planning and organisation skills and can multitask.
- Ability to competently use Microsoft office suite and learn new systems and software quickly and efficiently.
- Current and Full NZ Drivers Licence.
