We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Steel Fixer to play a crucial role in the successful execution of this project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications related to concrete structures.
- Cut, bend, and position steel bars and mesh according to project requirements and engineering specifications.
- Install and secure steel reinforcement bars within formwork to ensure proper concrete reinforcement.
- Use hand and power tools to accurately shape, cut, and place steel bars as per design requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure accurate placement of steel reinforcement and maintain the integrity of concrete structures.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Minimum Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Steel Fixer in construction projects, preferably with exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects.
- In-depth understanding of construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Proficient in cutting, bending, and installing steel bars using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of concrete reinforcement techniques and industry best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Health and safety conscious, with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Valid construction site safety certifications.
