Ventia has an opportunity for an Administrator to join their Finance & Admin team based in Pukekohe
**WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?**
This is an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and proactive Administrator to support our Pukekohe Construction/ Roading contract. This is a stable and long-term roading contract. This role will provide the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people and develop your skills and knowledge within the Administration space.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will be responsible for providing finance and administrative support to the Pukekohe Safety Panel Roading Contract with a focus on reporting and month-end processes, as well as acting as a daily point of contact between F&A function and contract/business unit personnel.
Duties and responsibilities include digital timesheet and payroll processing, generating and processing purchase and receipt orders, invoicing, completing month end-reporting, and proactively liaising with stakeholders including Ventia staff, suppliers, temporary labour agencies, consultants, and members of the public as required as well as general administration duties as and when required.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience and knowledge in payroll, Accounts payable and Receivable, and reporting
- Excellent, fluent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- SAP and Ariba experience is beneficial
