Kia ora, we are after a vibrant and passionate Kaimanaaki to join our Auckland team in Epsom This is a new position focused on supporting our self-funded clients on their disability support journey to understand the choices and control available to them. Essentially you would be a mentor to these clients to help them navigate the healthcare system so they can achieve the best possible care available to them. All our clients are unique so you would need to be adaptive to different cultures, abilities and financial situations.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
- Strengthen and tailor support plans to tāngata (clients) needs and goals
- Identify and connect tāngata with community networks & develop relationships with local stakeholders in the disability space
- Assist clients in prioritising and managing their healthcare funds i.e. budget oversight
- Participate in growth strategies and development opportunities
- Attend and organise networking events
- Source opportunities for community engagement and professional practice

**Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring**
- Experience working with disabled individuals and their whānau
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Commitment to the principles of Manaakitanga, Kaitiakitanga, Kotahitanga, and Tū Tika
