Sernior Advisor, Instructional Design and Delivery

We are looking for an Senior Advisor Instructional Design and Delivery to join our waka and support this important mahi.

This is a fixed term/secondment role for 12 months. Because of the work we do, you need to have New Zealand Citizenship to be considered for this role.

Mōu | About You
- Have enthusiasm to be involved in all aspects of Learning and Development (Analysis, Design, Develop, Deliver and Assess)
- You may have experience delivering training or coaching others; or experience with graphic design/videography skills
- Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced programme
- Great relationship management skills with confidence in dealing with a wide range of people

Mō te tūnga | About the Role
- You’ll contribute to designing and developing learning resources that result in effective behavioural change
- Establish effective working relationships with business group managers, team leaders, product owners, internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), external agency/Government SMEs, and other business roles aligned with readying stakeholders for change
- Create innovative options in instructional design and transfer new knowledge to other team members
- Develop technical expertise in various learning methodologies
