**Ko tā mātou mahi | Our Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to create, develop and strengthen new and existing account relationships across the Auckland Region.
- Monday to Friday
- Vehicle, Laptop plus mobile phone provided
- Full time flexible hours
- Mount Maunganui Location

The focus of this role is to take responsibility for the development and management of an existing broad base of customer accounts along with obtaining new business within the region market to maximise profits and achieve sales objectives. This autonomous role will require you to develop existing and target new markets whilst continuing to identify, create sustainable value-added opportunities and deliver solutions to grow market share within the current customer base.

You’re motivated, realistic and self-sufficient. You are a natural at building strong relationships to ensure you deliver on targets and drive the region’s sales. You are a confident self-starter who will be perfectly at ease working with a team of extraordinaires, happy to do whatever is necessary to ensure our customer’s high standards of service delivery are met. To succeed in this role, you will also have excellent time management and organisational skills. Having exceptional experience in talking to people and building business relationships.

Comprising of three businesses, Certified Concrete, Masonry and Dricon, our products are sold either directly or via our channel partners who operate in the infrastructural, commercial and residential construction markets. Firth operates in every region across New Zealand and employs over 750 team members, across 80 sites.
