Laundry Attendant

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing and supportive team as a Laundry Attendant - Team Lead.

This is a permanent part-time position, working from Monday to Friday, 12noon to 6pm.

**RESPONSBILITIES**:
The Laundry Attendant - Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laundromat and managing a team of laundry attendants to ensure quality completion of laundry orders. He/She will also focus on positive customer service and client relations. He/She will report to the Operations Manager.

Specifically, the role includes:

- Managing the wash, dry, and fold laundry process using a laundromat software; preparing dockets; assigning tasks and supervising staff
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation within the facility; quality assuring the wash, dry, and fold process and output
- Providing smooth and positive customer experience
- Managing inventory
- Training and mentoring staff members
- Processing laundry orders as needed

- Good understanding of computer systems
- Outstanding customer service skills
