**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Team Leader, Wetmix to join our busy team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting hands on role where you can lead and develop the shift team to deliver the production plan to ensure our orders are met. You will have overall responsibility for the key results and systems of the shift team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working with department scheduler & assistant manager ensure manufacturing plan & load out dispatch plan is understood, achievable & any issue potentially impacting delivery of plans is investigated & resolved.
- Ensure timely entry of EAM work orders to plan plant improvements.
- Support with analysis and problem-solving skills to mitigate against production issues impacting operations
- Ensure that Quality is a primary focus for the Plant
- Participate in the development of new systems and processes required on site
- Remain abreast of current industry related trends, practices and disciplines and undertake regular updates in either competency training or changes in law as required.

**Qualification**
- Degree qualification in food manufacturing or process engineering preferred

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in liquid milk, beverage or food manufacturing
- Working under a risk management program or equivalent regulatory or food safety accreditations preferred
