**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To assess and treat specific soft tissue problem and provide rehabilitation advice
- To massage injured and inactive soft tissue of the body to assist healing process, to employ other techniques or aids as required.
- To massage the soft tissue of the body to provide relaxation to the client and lessen tension
- To use techniques such as muscle stretching in the treatment of injuries. Sometimes use other methods of rubbing such as kneading, rocking, and compression.
- Perform interview, recording and follow up the clients body conditioning and health issues.
- Respond positively to clients requests in terms of levels of pressure during the actual massage session
- Maintain proper hygiene before and after massage sessions by disinfecting hands
- Maintain good rapport with existing clients to ensure client loyalty

**Hours of work: 30 hours or above per week**

**Shifted from Monday to Sunday**

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
