- Experience in property management and the ability to influence the strategy and priorities with credibility and impact,
- A curiosity and openness to learning and exploring new ideas, information, risks, and opportunities to inform your thinking and decision making.

**He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience**:

- Expertise and significant experience in all facets of property management, either in built structure or land use management,
- Understanding of residential tenancies Act, licence to occupy, and leases,
- Knowledge of strategic asset management planning as well as Strategic Lease Management and making these operational,
- Working knowledge of seismic, culture and heritage, health & safety and other industry related legislation,
- Ability to influence across a broad range of assets,
- Prioritise and project manage initiatives to empower active asset management across staff,
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of an all of government focus,
- Business and financial acumen to understand how the business works and evaluation of the impact of proposed actions on the financial and resourcing health of the organisation,
- Experience in property management and the ability to influence with credibility and impact,
- Provide a sense of vision and leadership that empowers and motivates people to deliver high-quality work. Including creating supporting documents, property manuals, and templates.

The expected appointing range for this role is $120,000 - $145,000 per annum.
