Workshop Foreman

We have a great opportunity for a Foreman position at our Dunedin Workshop.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated experienced Automotive Technician - Heavy Diesel and Leader to fill the Workshop Foreman role with the purpose of implementing and maintaining workshop best practices that achieve maximum efficiencies.

**Major functions**:

- Providing direction to workshop staff and implementing plans that meet company expectations.
- Ensuring that sufficient resources are available daily to provide punctual and efficient bus maintenance services.
- Completing quality control checks of vehicles to a high standard and repair those vehicles that don’t meet these standards.

**Skills/Experience required**:

- Ability to manage and provide effective leadership in a small team.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- Great team player.
- Work to high standards of detail.
- Class 1,2 and 4 license.
- Advanced Trade Certificate in Automotive - Heavy Diesel.
