We have an exciting opportunity for an BSA Mammographer to join our team in Hamilton.

**About the Role**
**This is a permanent position, which is also a service being run out of our Te Kohao Health clinic. It entails full-time work, which will include the following:

- A mix of general radiography and mammography/breast screening
- A standard rostered eight-hour shift usually between Monday to Friday 7am-6pm

**About You**
**Ideally the successful applicant will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Applicants must be a qualified Medical Imaging Technologist, registered with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologists Board and hold a current practicing certificate.
- Ideally you will hold a post graduate certificate in mammography, in order to participate in the Breastscreen Aotearoa (BSA) programme.
- Able to work both within a multidisciplinary team and independently.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including our patients and their family/whanau as well as other health care professionals and providers.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Flexible team player and highly self-motivated.
- An understanding of the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality.
