We are looking to run weekly sport sessions in the evenings and need to find people who are willing to give back to the community by coaching these sessions. We are looking for people who have experience with swimming, cricket, football, basketball, tennis, netball, running, biking and more

Perhaps you are a keen swimmer who would love to take a low key aqua fit class, maybe you play in a football team and would enjoy teaching some ball skills, or you might be a yoga instructor keen to share your passion

Sessions will be once a week where a group of people with disabilities will meet to be social, get some exercise and have fun Sessions will be around 1 hour long, gear is provided and there will be support workers attending so all that is needed is your experience and skills The right person will be patient, kind and willing to share their knowledge in a fun, encouraging way.

We envision the session to include a warm up, skills/drills then a cool down, nothing too serious but a lot of fun A series of basic activities with a game or two is brilliant We do not expect any extravagant set up/sessions, we want the participants to feel like they can achieve their goals and have fun doing so
